After dropping my youngest son off at nursery this morning I took the time to walk back along the Old Tokkaido Road to home, passing Ebara Shrine on the way - where I took this shot.
Outside the front of the shrine are two large water butts, taking the water from the gutters overhead. After yesterday's large snowfalls, there was plenty of meltwater cascading off of the roof.
The right-hand frame is a section of the shot on the left, cropped and rotated. It was such an impressive splash.
