Shoot with Natsuko, No.2: The Canal

Last one I'm posting tonight. Gotta call it a day as I have a photowalk to do tomorrow and I need some sleep.

Had a blast today with Natsuko, shooting on a stretch of the road and canal between Shinagawa and my place.

Once I saw Nats' coat, I had this vision in my head of the old Jigsaw clothing ads from the late 1980s; all purples, muted tones and 'real' cross processing, done with film. Their style at that time got me experimenting with xpro in the first place.

Love this one. Her pose is great. She takes direction so well and just does a lot on her own as well but it really seems very natural to figure out what to do with her with each shot.

Right... bedtime.

Thanks for all the views on these shots today. Very happy with the work we both did. Doesn't get any better than this as a photographer; out with someone, sharing some vision, having fun. たのしかた!
