Yellowed memories of December: Asakusabashi, Tokyo

At the end of last year, I found a wonderful little shrine not far from the station in Asakusabashi. On that particular day I was doing a lesson with one of my photography students. We did some of the lesson around the shrine, working on some composition topics.

I'd spent a little time before the lesson shooting some pics for myself, getting somewhat mesmerised by this fence and all the ginko leaves that were piled up around and stuck to it. The tree made a great central line to the frame on one shot. This is made up of two separate shots.

Look forward to re-visiting this place next year in the spring.
