Here's a shot from the few hours I spent in Yokohama yesterday evening. Great scenes and I have a few favourite spots to shoot there in this sort of weather, which afford great light and great angles.
This is definitely one of my faves from yesterday but there are a few more which I am really pleased with, shot in a particular section of streets where I am slightly lower then approaching pedestrians. Works great in conjunction with a low shooting angle and the use of the DR-3 right-angle finder on the camera.
This is my last post here for a few days as I am off this evening to act as second driver on a truck delivering aid up to Minamisoma in the tsunami affected areas of the north. It'll be a long night and a log day tomorrow, as we are heading up, delivering and then heading straight back. I like driving - especially big vehicles. I find it very therapeutic to be on the roads at night at the wheel of a truck.
Anyway, catch you in a couple of days. I'm gonna grab a quick nap ahead of the drive....
